I’ve decided it’s a “her”

I’ve decided my new kindle is a her. She came yesterday and she was quite pretty in her packaging. I opened the box and immediately I knew it was a girl. I don’t know how I did…but the first words out of my mouth were, “She’s beautiful…” – which she is. It’s a nice feeling to get something you’ve been waiting for for a while. I ordered her on July 31, and so literally a month later she arrived in all her glory. I’ve already added a book to her, granted, it’s a school book, but a book nonetheless. I have also ordered a SWEET cover for her, to protect her from damage. The cover is beautiful and was just as cheap as a normal plain cover from Amazon. Here’s a pic of her new dress:

I’ll keep you posted on the joys of my new kindle, and using a kindle for grad school round 2…which is gonna be great, I am sure 🙂
