We’re going to be on TV!!

It’s official!! The Rouggly Family is going to be on television!! This Thursday, we’re appearing on the Ricki Lake Show (and yes…she’s making a comeback apparently). Here’s the scoop: Last Thursday night, I got a call from the chiropractor that Eli has been seeing since he was about 7 or 8 weeks old. He’s had some issues, which is an entire post on it’s own, but the chiropractor has been immensely helpful as Eli has gotten older. So Dr. Licata called and said that Ricki was doing a piece on her new show regarding infants and children and how chiropractic care has helped their health issues like acid reflux, asthma, and digestive problems. Part of what Eli has been seeing Dr. Licata for has been his digestive tract, because he was a very unhappy baby if he didn’t poop. Somehow, they found out about Dr. Licata, and asked him if he would be willing to appear on the show, as well as bring some of his clients to do a testimonial. He immediately thought of Eli and gave us a call.

The Ricki Lake show called on Friday and did an extensive interview with me Friday morning regarding Eli and how his health has been improved by chiropractic care, which we are happy to rave about because it’s been AMAZING for our little guy. Friday afternoon, we got a call to finish our booking, and today – I got all the documentation, making our appearance official! So if I understand correctly, we are going to be officially on the show, interviewed by Ricki and then they are going to do an adjustment of Eli as well!

So there you go – I’ll keep you posted as to when it’s going to air, but we are filming on Thursday (yes…in two days) so I would assume it’ll air Friday or Monday!
